The technical parameters of the rollers (dustproof and waterproof effect, rotary resistance, radial runout, axial runout, service life) are in compliance with (or higher than) the national standard. The production process of the drums introduces the advanced foreign technology and has created several advanced technical indicators in the country in machine performance. We have absorbed the international production technologies and developed a series of new products which makes our company more professional in designing, manufacturing and quality inspection of the rollers. The annual output for the rollers reaches 800,000 and it gives a new impetus to the manufacturing of conveyor industry in northern China.
